- your property address and postcode
- details about the work you need
- any photos you send us

When you visit our website, we and our partners may collect information about your device and how you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived on the site (for example, from a Google search or an advert). How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- arrange surveys, appointments and work
- carry out and invoice for work you've agreed to
- deal with any guarantee claims or follow-up questions about our work

How long we keep your information
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer records: 6 years after the work is finished, to meet tax and legal requirements, or for as long as any guarantee on the work remains valid, whichever is longer.
- Website analytics data: in line with the retention settings of the analytics tool we use.
How we keep your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using secure, password-protected systems and limiting who has access to it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- ask us to transfer your information to another organisation
